Individual and Group Counseling

SAFE offers free and confidential counseling to anyone who has experienced/witnessed domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, or elder abuse by a family member or agency within their lifetime. This helps survivors to heal from the trauma and restore a sense of safety and control over their lives.

Counseling is individualized for each client, accounting for their specific needs and treatment goals. Individual and group counseling provides clients with the opportunity to learn to cope with their emotions and process their experiences. Our counselors provide clients with options, resources, emotional support, and safety planning.

Group counseling is offered throughout the year for clients who were impacted by domestic violence and or sexual violence. Counseling services are available in English and Spanish.
